At Prestige Evergreen Bangalore, the apartments are spread out over 21 acres.  One- to four-bunkered homes are available in Ten Prestige Towers.  2000 new homes are spread out over 21 acres in this Phase 2.  On average, each flat's floor is 650 to 2500 square feet.  Price rises from 1.1 Crore.  RERA, or the Real Estate Regulatory Authority of Karnataka, has to give its OK before the project can go forward.  RERA Approval will probably give out the Prestige Evergreen Specifications RERA number in October 2025.  They will also try to get the BDA, BBMP, and BMRDC to agree to the plan.
