Trainees have a local supervisor at NHW and a DEMT based at Western Health in Melbourne. The ICU rotation is currently accredited by ACEM as non-ED time (awaiting accreditation inspection for upgrade to meeting requirements for ACEM critical care requirement).  Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region.
