Alice Springs Hospital is recruiting for Emergency Registrars and SRMOs for 2026, with 3-12 month contracts available (longer contracts available by negotiation). We offer a unique experience in Aboriginal Health - practising high acuity medicine in a young population where 80% patients are Aboriginal.  You will see rheumatic heart disease, bronchiectasis, chronic liver disease, overwhelming sepsis, high rates or renal disease and diabetes as well as significant trauma.   We service an area of over 1 million km2 with around 50000 presentations a year with a 42% admission rate, median age of 34 years and 22% paediatric presentations.
