Apply now for an Advanced Trainee in Retrieval Medicine position for the 2027 clinical year. The successful applicants will provide high quality critical care to acutely ill and injured patients, both in the prehospital environment and during inter-hospital transfers with the retrieval service. They will gain valuable experience working under the guidance of highly experienced senior clinicians as part of the Lismore Base Hospital and Westpac Helicopter Retrieval Base, working under the guidance of highly experienced senior clinicians. Applicants should be aware of the physical requirements of the retrieval role (breathing pressurised air underwater, lifting requirements etc). An exciting opportunity is available at Lismore Base Hospital for a Senior Registrar in Retrieval Medicine position at the Lismore Base Hospital for the 2027 clinical year at 0.6 FTE. The successful applicant will provide high quality critical care to acutely ill and injured patients, both in the prehospital environment and during inter-hospital transfers with the retrieval service. They will gain valuable experience working under the guidance of highly experienced senior clinicians as part of the Lismore Base Hospital and Westpac Helicopter Retrieval Base.
