Permanent Full Time 0.7 FTE Non-clinical; 0.3 FTE Clinical (negotiable) Salary: Base $450,000 + (additional allowances and superannuation) About the Role: The Head of Unit GH Emergency - Ballarat will work in partnership with the Director and Clinical Director of Emergency and Intensive Care and the GH Ballarat Emergency Nurse Unit Manager. The Head of Unit to provide operational and strategic clinical leadership to enable staff and unit development in line with the operational needs and strategic vision of Grampians Health. A key initial focus will be ensuring readiness of the team to move into the new and expanded emergency department in 2027.   The Requirements: Medical qualification and current emergency specialist registration with AHPRA.
