Ballarat Emergency Department   Registrar Multiple Positions | Full time and Part Time   We are seeking   Registrars  to join the Emergency Department at   Grampians Health – Ballarat Campus . These positions offer excellent training opportunities, including rotations through ICU, anaesthetics, and other specialty departments.   The Emergency Department has - A main department of 19 beds Fast-track  Paediatric ED (5 beds) Short Stay Unit (12 beds) Front of house model Resuscitation areas (3 bays)   The hospital is being redeveloped and a new Emergency Department will be opened (likely) early 2028.  Our Emergency Department manages over   60,000 presentations annually , including approximately   25% paediatric cases , with an increasing admission rate of   24–25% .   We pride ourselves on a strong culture of   supervision, education, and support  for our medical staff.
