Iceland’s largest emergency department is looking to recruit Emergency Medicine Physicians. A variety of periods are available.  Three month cover over the summer from June until August 2025, 3-12 months and 12 months+ The positions are on the floor clinical work supporting the junior medical staff. The shifts will be a mix of weekday shift and weekend cover. In addition roles are available in the ED in the north of Iceland in Akureyri and at smaller rural EDs around 40 km outside of Reykjavík.
