About the role Mater Health is seeking a Clinical Director of Emergency Medicine to join Mater Hospital Brisbane. Reporting to the Director of Critical Care Services this role will focus on effective leadership, strategic development and management for the Department of Emergency Medicine. This role leads the Emergency Medicine department, with responsibilities encompassing all domains of the quadruple aim – outcomes, stewardship, consumer experience and Mater People. This role is both a clinical leader to the team, but also collaborates with other Mater leaders, and is Mater’s reference point for matters of policy, practice, outcomes, and risk in the clinical speciality across all Mater Hospitals.
