As Victoria’s largest and arguably most complex health service, Monash Health plays a key role in improving the health of our community, providing healthcare to one quarter of Melbourne’s population, across the entire life-span from newborn and children, to adults, the elderly, their families and carers.
Monash Simulation delivers a wide range of simulation for health professionals at all levels (in-situ and Centre- based courses), designed to enhance individuals’ skills, interprofessional teamwork and the translation of these into optimal patient care. The Centre, located in Moorabbin, has recently been extensively renovated and now includes two high fidelity simulation suites, as well as multiple debriefing and skills rooms.
Following an organisational restructure, we are now rebuilding our service to better support our medical, nursing and allied health cohorts and ensure we deliver best practice training and development to our frontline clinical teams. As part of our journey, we’re now looking for a passionate and committed professional to lead our pursuit of excellence in the simulation field.
