Advanced trainees can refine clinical skills by managing, and being responsible for, their own patient case-load, receiving timely diagnostic information and communicating directly with expert specialists in other fields. Combined with roster flexibility and senior DEMT tuition, it’s an ideal environment to prepare for Fellowship exams.
