Curriculum Development
Collaborate with experienced educators and clinicians to design and deliver engaging teaching content. You’ll help coordinate weekly educational sessions (e.g. VBGs, ECGs, CXRs, clinical cases), organise hands-on workshops (e.g. Team Leader School, ACUTE), and contribute to a well-rounded emergency medicine curriculum.
Formal Education Pathway
Pursue a Graduate Certificate in Health Professional Education (or equivalent) with all costs fully funded by the hospital. You’ll be supported throughout by an experienced Education Consultant to help you succeed.
Simulation-Based Learning
Develop and deliver high-fidelity simulation sessions alongside expert facilitators, replicating real-world emergency scenarios to enhance clinical training.
Flexible Roster
Enjoy a work-life balanced roster with minimal night shifts, giving you time to focus on both your personal life and your educational development.
