  • Permanent Emergency Department Registrar positions.
  • Starting from 29 July 2024.
  • Salary Range as per MECA.
  • The Wellington Region ED positions rotate every 6 months between Te Pae Tiaki Wellington ED and Hutt ED. The departments are fully accredited for ACEM training should you wish to make Aotearoa | New Zealand your home for an extended period.
  • Protected tutorials for ACEM primary and fellowship exams, with excellent success rates in these exams.

Moū– About you

  • Suitable for ACEM trainees and non-training registrars with suitable experience (critical care not required).
  •  You must have eligibility for general or provisional general registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand. Information on the process of application for this can be found on their website at http://www.mcnz.org.nz/get-registered/registration-self-assessment-tool/
  • Our RMO* unit can assist you with your registration requirements.
  • If you are not a NZ or Australian citizen or resident you will need an appropriate visa to be eligible to live and work in NZ. The immigration NZ website can be found at https://www.immigration.govt.nz/new-zealand-visas
