Clinical Director: Emergency Medicine, South West Healthcare

HardyGroup are pleased to be partnering with South West Healthcare (SWH) in sourcing a Clinical Director: Emergency Medicine.

This role represents an exciting opportunity for suitably qualified and experienced medical practitioners to provide clinical leadership in the provision of coordinated, high quality emergency clinical services. Responsible for ensuring medical staff of the emergency department uphold the values of SWH this role is the opportunity to build an emergency service that is of the highest quality in service delivery to our patients and their families/carers.

The Clinical Director provides direct emergency care and opportunities for improvement for services in accordance with SWH’s vision, purpose, values, and objectives.  As a significant leadership role, South West Healthcare is seeking a candidate that is:

• An experienced emergency care medical practitioner with a proven track record in provision of expert emergency medical service and leading improvement programs.
• A leader in managing relationships with both coaching expertise and stakeholder management skills.
• A leader that will promote a values-based, culturally safe, and person-centred emergency service while driving practical and strategic and innovation solutions. 

This role is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a significant impact in an area of Victoria that is experiencing growth in the demand for clinical services by the community with the local population increasing exponentially.
