Austin Health is seeking a motivated Paediatric Director of Emergency Medicine Training (PDEMT) to oversee and manage the delivery of high-quality paediatric education for junior medical staff and the training program for ACEM & PEM trainees who work in the Emergency Department, which has recently achieved PEM training accreditation from ACEM. Additionally, they will ensure trainees have the necessary skills and supervision to deliver high quality care to patients and promote the welfare and wellbeing of all trainees. ACEM requirements for this role include a clinical role with FTE of 0.5 or more, and at least 3 years post-fellowship.
