About the Department
The Emergency Department (ED) provides care to more than 50,000 patients per annum and has a 40% admission rate. Close links with the University of Melbourne permit joint educational, research, quality and peer support activities.
The successful applicant/s will join a team of 30 full and part-time FACEMs. This is a rare opportunity to attain a position in one of the premier inner city EDs. Strong clinical skills and an ability to work in a multidisciplinary tertiary ED environment are essential.
About the Role
As an Emergency Physician, you will support the values and strategic priorities of St Vincent’s Hospital, provide excellence in the delivery of clinical service in the discipline of Emergency Medicine, and support St Vincent’s Hospital teaching, research and clinical governance programs.
