Mildura Base Hospital

Mildura Base Hospital has 171 beds, and is a tertiary teaching hospital (Level 1) providing public hospital services to the community of Mildura and the Sunraysia District. The hospital is presently managed by Ramsay Health Care and on 15 September 2020, the hospital will transition to Victorian state government-based organisation, Mildura Base Public Hospital.

Mildura is in north-west Victoria and is set on the banks of the magnificent Murray River, with a population of around 60,000.  We are approximately 540km from Melbourne by road, or 1 hour by plane.  Adelaide is also easily accessible.  Our airport is serviced by Qantas, Virgin Australia and REX Airlines.
